Ko Wybe toku matua.

Ko Kirsti-Anne toku ingoa.
Miss Koopmans grew up in a small town in Southeastern British Columbia, Canada. Her elementary school (i.e., primary school) was called 'Steeples Elementary', aptly named for the mountain range (maunga) that stood majestically as a backdrop to the town.
As a child, she wanted to be one of three things: a firefighter; a ballerina; and a teacher. As they say in Canada, "one out of three ain't bad."
Miss K has many, many favourite things. The most important people and things in her life are her immediate and extended family (whānau), her home, and her health. She likes cooking, baking, and swimming - and will travel wherever, whenever.
She is learning to enjoy sailing with her husband.
It's a slow process.
